2010 Tailgate before the

ND vs. Purdue Football Game

DATE: September 4, 2010
TIME: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Library Parking Lot
COST: Free

No registration required for the tailgate.

Look for the Asian Pacific Alumni banner and the Alumni Association van in the Library Parking Lot to find the tailgate!


Lottery for Game Tickets
 

The Alumni Association has a limited number of tickets to the Purdue game for Asian Pacific, Black, Hispanic and Native American alumni.

You may register for a chance to purchase up to two Purdue tickets. The surcharge over the face value will cover processing charges.

If you would like to enter into the lottery for a chance to purchase 1 or 2 tickets, you can enter the lottery now at (web address).  The deadline to register for this lottery is Wednesday, July 28.  Lottery winners will be notified by e-mail no later than Friday, July 30.  

You must pay for tickets in advance.  Those who do not win in the lottery will have their refunds processed by July 30.   Please keep in mind that these football tickets are for your personal use only. You must claim them in person at the tailgate.

Earmark Your Annual Donation for the APA of ND Scholarship Fund


The deadline for the 2010 Notre Dame Football Ticket Lottery is Dec. 31st.  If you already donated to the Notre Dame Annual Fund for the Football Ticket Lottery, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your continued support of our current students.  If you haven't donated yet but plan to, please consider submitting your donation to be directed towards the APA of ND Scholarship Fund.  The scholarship will benefit current students of Asian Pacific decent that achieve an outstanding academic record and need financial assistance.


1) If you do plan on donating to ND to be eligible for the Football Ticket Lottery:

Please write a note on your donation "for APA Scholarship Fund." This will earmark your donation for the APA of ND Scholarships.  Your donation is still counted towards the Football Ticket Lottery eligibility.  You can donate directly online here:

2) If you donate, but don't plan on going or can't go to any football games:

Please donate your allocated football tickets to our APA Scholarship fundraiser.  Every year we auction off donated football tickets to raise money for the APA Scholarships that help students in need and with outstanding accomplishments.  We will take season tickets or tickets for individual home games.  We will reimburse you for the face value of the tickets.


3) If you know of family or friends that are planning to donate to Notre Dame:

Please pass this information along to them or let them know that they can earmark their donations to any specific scholarship fund (e.g. the APA Scholarship Fund).
